With her outgoing personality and passion for helping others, Deanna Mari-Cabrera has always approached life with an irresistible mix of confidence and enthusiasm. She enjoys solving problems and loves being able to learn new things every day—which is part of what makes her such an asset when it comes to commercial real estate and property management. Whether she’s working with clients, tenants, or vendors, people are immediately drawn to her energy and authenticity, and are consistently impressed by her high standards, dependability, and knack for thriving under pressure.
Deanna’s drive to help others originally led her to the field of healthcare, where she worked as a successful manager in a fast-paced medical office. Yet it never felt like quite the right fit. Once she connected with Adelphi and realized how perfectly they aligned with her talents and goals, she embraced the opportunity and never looked back. Now, she couldn’t be happier as she continues holding herself to her own high expectations, while using her time outside of work to try new restaurants, talk with her family in the Philippines, and hang out with her Puggle Bluu.
What is one memorable event you’ve done in Las Vegas?
One of the things I love about Las Vegas is how there’s always so much going on. This is definitely true about the food scene, and a favorite activity of mine is trying new restaurants and dishes. One of the most memorable things I’ve done here, however, wasn’t related to restaurants—it was attending the Lovers & Friends Fest in 2022. It was absolutely incredible to be part of such an amazing event and get to sing along as so many of my favorite artists performed.
What is your fondest memory from high school?
I loved being the quarterback of our flag football team. I’ve always enjoyed being active, giving my all, and working with others. These things are still true today, and I love that I’m able to continue being part of a team at Adelphi. Outside of work, I like going to the gym and lifting weights, and I try to work out at least four times a week.
What is the greatest accomplishment of your life
I would say that my greatest accomplishment is being able to walk away from things that no longer serve me, no matter how difficult or impossible it may seem. It’s kind of the flip side of everything I love about my work and even my life as a whole, because I always try to approach things with openness and optimism. I really enjoy networking and have met so many people in this field. As I continue to meet more and more people, it shows me how small the world really is. And when it comes to my family, I am so grateful for all the love, guidance, and sacrifices that my parents have given for me and my brothers. I honestly don’t know where I would be without them.
