How Our Journey Began

Brothers Jeff and Mica Berg feel fortunate to have built one of the most established commercial investment sale brands in Las Vegas.

Having been in commercial real estate since 2007, both Jeff and Mica recognized that many clients, whether residing in Las Vegas or elsewhere, required a full-service team to oversee investments on their behalf. After hearing owners constantly complaining about the lack of attention and communication from their property managers, the brothers realized that those clients needed better solutions. And so their journey toward Adelphi Property Management began.

After several weeks of deep reflection and enthusiastic brainstorming, Jeff and Mica made the decision to start their own property management division. That was the easy part. In typical Berg fashion, they refused to do it unless they could do it right—which meant assembling the absolute best team, with the skills to offer the highest level of customer service while maximizing the value of every property. They would also need to provide clients with the most organized and comprehensive financials available, as well as developing a company culture based on trust and collaboration.

So Jeff and Mica rolled up their sleeves and got to work. They drew up plans, overcame challenges, and built Adelphi Property Management from the ground up. Today, our team is proud to offer the best property management services you can find anywhere. By providing clear communication and prompt follow-ups, we establish strong relationships with our property owners while maintaining healthy interactions with tenants.
